Refunds

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with any item(s) purchased, please contact us and we will make every effort to correct the transaction. 

Deliveries / Shipments

Once the item(s) have been packaged and shipped, we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages due to the postal carrier neglect.
